Broncos Roll Over Chiefs

In the true spirit of Advent we saw a glimpse of the inbreaking Kingdom of God yesterday when the Broncos hammered the Chiefs 41-7. Even if this season turns out to be a loss it will warm my heart during this cold winter to think back on what happened yesterday when the Broncos flat out embarrassed the Chiefs. The way Cutler has been playing, I'm looking forward to a lot more of this!
This post is dedicated to Brian Postlewait, Mike King, Jason Sturdevant and all my other Chief loving friends... love you guys!

Reminds me of that cold December Sunday three years ago when we witnessed the Chiefs dismantle the Broncos. I guess the time of settling the score has come. But as I recall I said nothing about that game as we shivered our way back to Rusty's car. But you just had to rub my nose in it. I guess that's the difference between you and me.
BTW: Any comment on your early exit from the Fantasy playoffs? :-)
This truly was the gift that keeps on givin' Chuck...the whole year 'round!
Brian,
My early exit from the fantasy playoffs has become a steadfast December tradition, one that the Broncos win helped to erase from my mind.
As for your "humility" during that game three years ago... I think the 8 degree weather simply froze your tongue. That or you just needed the ride home ;)
I've got to be honest, I don't remember any of this, what did you say, 'humility!' I think that you had gloated so much that once we got to the car, you decided to just thaw out rather than talk more trash!
You are a maggot.
Thank you mike. In the midst of this dismal slump the Broncos are in at least I can still rile up a Chiefs fan. I suppose all is not lost.
I noticed that there was no post about the Christmas Eve game!
Nope, Jeff. Nothing worth mentioning there. As I said in the post, the Broncos beating the Chiefs so badly was going to be one of the lone highlights of the season.
